Peak Performance Epic BCAAs are easily soluble and rapidly absorbable BCAA amino acids in a 16: 1: 1 ratio enriched with B-group vitamins.

Epic BCAA contains 9 g of BCAA per dose, of which up to 8 g is the highly anabolic amino acid L-leucine. L-leucine reduces protein breakdown and keeps the body in an anabolic state. Taking high doses of leucine with limited energy intake (diet) protects muscle mass and creates an environment with stable blood sugar levels.

Recommended dosage
