Dear customers, with an increasing number of orders (several hundred per month), we have experienced issues with some packages i.e., some did not arrive, some were lost in transit, some were not picked up and are on their way back to us or have already arrived. Some arrived damaged. We have created a special department that will take care of order services. It will respond daily. Its head will be Michael Högel (Michael), who will be responsible for refunds, returns of orders, and sending gifts. We realize that in the past things did not work as they should, which is why Michael will focus on building trust in Musclebody.
