Casein and its slow release into the bloodstream ensures a long-lasting positive nitrogen balance and thus eliminates muscle damage. For this reason, we recommend that athletes consume this product before bed to prevent catabolism as much as possible. In addition, taking combination of casein and whey protein brings significant nutritional and health benefits.

As a dietary supplement, add 1 rounded scoop (30 g) of product to 250 ml of your favourite beverage and stir adequately. Best enjoyed before bed or between meals due to the effect of slow protein release. The recommended use of this product is usually 8 consecutive weeks followed by a break of several weeks.
