The first time you use Epistane, the recommended dose is 30 mg per day. With repeated use, the daily dose can be increased to 45 mg. (Best to take immediately after waking up; experienced users recommend taking a 15 mg tablet before exercise; the cycle should be done for 6 weeks for best results). Experienced users can take up to 60 mg a day for 6 weeks (keep an eye on your dosing intervals as well as post-cycle therapy or PCT).
