Contains creatine monohydrate, taurine, β-alanine and calcium. Without flavor. Creatine (at 3 g daily): increases physical performance at consecutive short periods of high intensity physical performance. Calcium: contributes to normal muscle activity, normal nerve transmission function, participates in the process of cell division and specialization.

Krea-Genic works on the basis of maximum creatine stability in your body. A unique 100% stable creatine that is muscle cell uptake, but also that Krea-Genic drives creatine into cells at a high rate. This results in much higher production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which is responsible for muscle work.

Recommended dosage

• 1 serving: mix 7.9 g of powder (level 1 scoop) with 200 ml of water.
