Micelar Casein Protein is a high quality, long-term source of protein that supports muscle growth over a relatively long period of time. Micelar casein protein should be used if you think you can not eat for several hours - eg. at school, during the examinations, on the way and especially before bedtime.

Micellar casein is often referred to as "night protein," as it is usually used just before sleep.
