Suggested use:

The limit for safe use of Taurine is 3 g per day, according to studies. Taurine is recommended for athletes to be taken at a dose of a total volume of 1 – 3 g. The daily dose is split in half, the first being taken 30 – 60 minutes before training and the second immediately after completion of the workout.
