Gamma-aminobutyric acid, abbreviated GABA, is a non-proteinic amino acid that functions as a neurotransmitter in the human brain. Its main function is to regulate neuronal activity. Relieves nerve and muscle tension. It has a dampening effect, calms and protects neurons from damage. It is associated with relaxation. The opposite could be caffeine, which is associated with excitation.

In this product, GABA is additionally enriched with Vitamin B6, which is essential for protein metabolism, energy production and nervous system function.

Recommended dosage

1 capsule once or twice a day, preferably with juice or water on an empty stomach.
