Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea), Czech pink stonecrop, is a plant native to the Arctic and mountainous regions of Europe, Asia and America. It has been used as a medicine to strengthen both physical and mental fitness by many cultures, including the ancient Greeks. Rhodiola is generally considered an adaptogen, a means of supporting the body's natural ability to adapt to ever-changing living conditions and coping with stress and fatigue. NOW Rhodiola is a standardized extract with at least 3% total rosavin and 1% salidrozides.

Recommended dosage

Take one-fifth of the contents of the capsule daily on an empty stomach or as instructed by your doctor. Open the capsule and mix the powder in a small amount of water.
