Melatovil® is a food supplement of melatonin, commonly used for its support to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep* (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime). Melatonin also contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag** (the beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0,5 mg to be taken close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination).

All of us produce melatonin every day. Melatonin is a substance secreted mainly by the epiphysis (pineal gland) during the dark and is essential to ensure that our body can always have a perfectly regulated sleep-wake cycle.

Melatovil® is a supplement based on melatonin, which is mainly used for sleep disorders, especially for insomnia due to external causes (such as different time zones, work shifts, etc.). It also helps in regulating the sleep-wake rhythm of those who simply face difficulty in falling asleep. This substance, in fact, works very well during the initial phase of insomnia since it reduces the time taken to fall asleep by slowing down the body's functions and thus ensuring rest. Melatovil® is available as drops and this allows adjusting specific dosage to suit every need. It is advisable to take it approximately 30-60 minutes before going to bed in order to initiate the sleep signal and therefore ensure that the subject falls asleep, thus improving the quality and duration of sleep and counteracting nocturnal awakenings. It is also useful in finding the right sleep pattern after a long journey and to mitigate the symptoms of jet-lag, as well as to counteract the free radicals responsible for cell aging.
Directions: take 20 drops (1 ml) once a day, as such or dilute in water, in the evening before going to bed.
